|In the last three months I've visited many of the world's greatest museums including the Louvre, Orsay, Musée de l'Orangerie, Centre
Georges Pompidou, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Museum of Fine
Art Boston, The Museum of Modern Art San Francisco, Uffizi
Center Art Gallery, and The Vatican Art Museum, among others.
I have learned much, but perhaps most importantly that all art
movements were inevitable and we all stand on the shoulders of those
who came before us. I am deeply grateful to those who came before
me, they have rock-solid shoulders.
I'll be teaching a watercolor painting class with the Minneapolis Community & Technical College Continuing Education from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesdays from October 4 to November 8. The cost is $129. You'll learn how to correct mistakes in watercolor as well as the fourth method (after washes, wet on dry, and drybrush) for painting in watercolor.

My Wabi-Sabi Journey, a solo exhibition of my painting and drawings at the Ylvisaker Fine Arts Center at Bethany Lutheran College, Mankato, Minnesota.
I will give a one-hour lecture entitled "The Ten Most Important Things I Learned About Art Since Graduating," at 7:00 p.m. on January 13 in the Ylvisaker Fine Arts Center.
